This policy explains what information Humaid Tech Inc. ("Humaid", "we") collects through humaid.co, why, and what you can do about it. Questions go to info@humaid.co.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, to understand how the site is used. It records the pages you view, clicks on links and buttons, how far you scroll, video plays and time spent on a page, together with the browser, device and approximate location that Google derives from your connection. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_*) to recognize repeat visits.
- In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics cookies stay off until you choose Accept in the cookie banner.
- Elsewhere analytics is on by default, and you can turn it off by choosing Decline.
- Advertising storage, ad personalization and ad user data are switched off for every visitor.
Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage. To be asked again, clear this site's stored data in your browser.
Contact and booking forms
When you send a message or book a meeting, we collect your first and last name, email address, company (optional), subject and message.
- A message is delivered by email to our team through Google Workspace (Gmail).
- A booking creates an event with a Google Meet link in our Google Calendar, containing the same details and the time you chose. You are added as a guest, so Google emails you the invitation.
We use these details only to reply to you, hold the meeting and follow up on your request. Job applications are sent by email to career@humaid.co and are used only to assess your application.
Security
To stop abuse of the forms, the server keeps your IP address in memory for a minute or two to limit repeated submissions. It is not stored in a database. Our hosting infrastructure may keep standard request logs (IP address, page requested, browser) for security and troubleshooting.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
- We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies.
- Fonts are served from our own domain, so no font requests go to third parties.
Service providers
Google provides analytics, email, calendar and video meetings for us and processes this data on our behalf and under its own terms. Links to other sites, such as Hugging Face or LinkedIn, are covered by those sites' own privacy policies.
Retention
We keep messages and meeting records for as long as we need them to respond to you and to maintain our business relationship, and delete them on request. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics property.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to its use. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you also have the rights given by the GDPR, including the right to complain to your data protection authority. California residents have the rights given by the CCPA. Email info@humaid.co to make a request.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
